Who we are

Sound Consulting Nurse  PLLC was started in 2009 by a group of Physicians and Registered Nurses to fill the need for high quality telephone triage in the Seattle Metro region. Over the past ten years the Sound Consulting Nurse company has grown because of the excellent service provided, attention to detail and the positive feedback from our clients.

We now provide telephone triage services to more than 1,000 providers in nine states;
Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, California, Indiana, Kentucky, and New York State.

We are continuing to expand our services and would welcome any new clients who are looking for exceptional after hour
​medical triage provided by compassionate and caring registered nurses.
